My story

During my 30 year career in recruiting, I had the pleasure of helping hundreds of middle-to-senior level professionals take the next step in their careers. But over time, I realized I needed a new challenge; one that would bring me greater meaning and personal fulfillment. It all came together when I discovered career coaching.

While recruiting taught me a lot about what goes on behind the curtain when companies are hiring, as a career coach, I get to make an impact on people’s lives at a much deeper level. And, by blending coaching with recruiting, I give my clients an edge they can't get anywhere else.

We work as partners throughout the coaching process--you drive the agenda and I apply my expertise as a coach to help you rediscover your passion and purpose, reconnect with your confidence, and empower you to achieve your career and life goals. I’ll ask lots of questions, actively listen, and share observations, insights, and best practices, all with a full commitment to your best interests.
