Coaching isn’t just something I do—it’s part of my professional DNA.

Before transitioning to career coaching, I spent 30 years in recruiting, 22 of them leading my own practice. During that time, I had the privilege of helping hundreds of people advance professionally. But as the years passed, I realized I wanted something more—a deeper way to help people find greater fulfillment in their work. It all came together when I discovered the power of career coaching. 

As a former recruiter turned career coach, I combine real-world insights from the front lines of recruiting with the strategic expertise of a seasoned career coach. This unique blend enables me to give you an insider’s perspective, along with “under-the-radar” strategies for standing out in today’s fiercely competitive job market.
